Renewable energy and power electronics industry professional Er. Ramkrishn Gautam joins OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen solar business development, channel expansion, and energy solutions across India.
Er. Ramkrishn Gautam has joined OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd. as National Manager Sales, marking another significant milestone in his journey across India’s renewable energy and power electronics industry.
In his new role at OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd. with MTEK Power, Er. Ramkrishn Gautam will lead solar business development initiatives focused on channel expansion, strategic partner engagement, and project support across rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I), EPC, utility-scale, and energy storage segments.
He will be responsible for strengthening the company’s presence in the rapidly growing solar and clean energy market while supporting distributors, EPC companies, project developers, and institutional partners with technical guidance and business development support. His responsibilities will also include driving growth for lithium battery (LiB) and Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions alongside large-scale solar opportunities.
Speaking about his new journey, Er. Ramkrishn Gautam shared his excitement about joining OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd. and contributing towards the growth of MTEK Power, a trusted brand established in 2009 with a growing focus on future-ready energy and mobility solutions.
With years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Er. Ramkrishn Gautam brings deep expertise in solar technologies, power electronics, channel sales, and project management. Over the years, he has worked with some of the industry’s well-known organizations including Bluebird Solar, RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd., Okaya Power Group, and UTL.
Prior to joining OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd., he served as General Manager at Bluebird Solar, where he handled strategic business development for TOPCon, Mono PERC, and bifacial solar modules across North India. During his tenure, he worked closely with EPC companies, utility-scale developers, rooftop installers, and institutional customers across segments such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana, KUSUM projects, rooftop solar, and industrial solar installations.
His role at Bluebird Solar involved expanding strategic partnerships across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir while driving tender-based sales, key account management, and channel business development for next-generation solar technologies.
Before Bluebird Solar, he worked as Sr. Sales Manager – North Head at RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd., where he played a key role in strengthening channel networks and supporting solar module manufacturers with encapsulant and backsheet solutions for Mono PERC, bifacial, and TOPCon solar technologies. He was also actively involved in technical coordination and EPC support for solar project execution.
Earlier in his career, Er. Ramkrishn Gautam worked with Okaya Power Group, where he focused on solar segment sales, power electronics solutions, solar design, and project development across Uttar Pradesh. His expertise in building and managing channel networks further strengthened his presence in the solar distribution ecosystem.
He also spent more than seven years with UTL, handling sales and project management for Online UPS systems, solar PCUs, inverters, batteries, and solar panels across multiple North Indian states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Uttarakhand. During this period, he gained extensive experience in both on-grid and off-grid solar project execution while developing strong expertise in channel business development and team management.
Known for his strengths in strategic sales planning, channel expansion, EPC coordination, solar project understanding, and relationship management, Er. Ramkrishn Gautam has built a strong reputation for driving business growth and developing long-term partnerships across the renewable energy industry.
With his appointment as National Manager Sales, OPG Mobility & Power Pvt. Ltd. is expected to further strengthen its solar and energy solutions business while expanding its reach across channel partners, EPC companies, and institutional customers in India’s fast-growing clean energy market.
